Bannout Aoun is one of PTCB's first CPhT-Adv credential holders.
My daily pharmacy work includes performing final product verification, medication reconciliation, sterile and non-sterile (hazardous and non-hazardous) compounding. Being in advanced roles and earning these credentials has helped me to excel in my abilities and knowledge and contributed to patient care.
It’s essential to keep advancing in our profession because our role is as vital as a pharmacist’s, doctor’s, and nurse’s role, especially in a hospital setting. We share the same responsibilities in promoting patient safety and we work together to deliver the best care to our patients.
