The Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) has received 2020 awards for employee recognition and employee happiness from TINYawards®, demonstrating that PTCB employees, as measured by the TINYpulse® tool, have the highest average happiness scores and give and receive the most encouragement from each other among organizations in TINYpulse’s government and non-profit industry category. PTCB began using the TINYpulse tool in 2019 to promote communication, collaboration, and recognition among PTCB employees to advance and support their engagement and performance.
