“It has been challenging and hard working hours with a small staff. Between me and another tech during the day we were confronted with a high demand of work in a limited time each day. At first we needed to extend our hours to get the work done which we needed more technicians for but there were none available.

We are working as a team in helping patients to recover. If not for us, the med machines would be empty, IV admixture would be behind schedule, and the intense amount of meds that come in the orders each day to pack out would be overwhelming”
