“In today’s pandemic, being a pharmacy employee is so stressful. I love being able to help people, but some people lack awareness. Medications are on backorder or limite. They ignore floor markings. They hand me 99 pennies. It’s not that I’m afraid of it, what I’m afraid of is getting my kids sick.

Some others however, are thanking us for being open and here, even though we shortened our hours during this whole thing. I was even nominated being a local star in my community by our patients and was mentioned on the local radio station. That makes it worth it knowing I am doing something good for people .

Everyone these days is in such a hurry and wants things done ASAP. I understand, but it is physically impossible. We are working as fast as we can, trying to keep everything clean and sanitized.

I am proud of my Walgreens Pharmacy Team. We are one of the best. During this hard and scary time we are here for the patients. We will see through this heavy cloud soon .....”
