Tell us about your career goals.

I became a pharmacy technician to achieve my goal of helping provide excellent healthcare. I want to push myself the farthest I can go in this field. I would like to lead the way and show others what can be accomplished as a pharmacy technician.

How have PTCB’s certificates helped you along your career path, or how will they help you in the future?

I have earned four certificates and my Advanced Certified Pharmacy Technician credential. This led the way for me to advance in my career. I became the first acute resource pharmacy technician in my company to achieve this goal. I am honored to be an example for other pharmacy technicians by proving where this career can take you.

What advice would you give pharmacy technicians as they explore their unique career paths?

Having multiple PTCB certificates not only gives you extra knowledge but also puts you a step ahead. It shows your dedication to this particular field. And if you are changing jobs or seeking a promotion, it can help you stand out based on your accomplishments.
