PTCB is guided by the pharmacy profession in our mission to advance medication safety. Through alliances and cooperative efforts with state, national, and international pharmacy organizations and health care groups, we continually collaborate to advance patient care.
During the past 25 years, PTCB has forged mutually beneficial relationships with many pharmacy organizations representing a range of practice settings and specialties that build on our expertise and strengthen our efforts to advance patient safety and care. The broader knowledge we gain guides us as leaders in the pharmacy community and as the country’s most trusted pharmacy technician credentialing organization.
PTCB leadership, staff, and volunteers frequently exhibit and present at conferences and meetings to share updates on our programs, resources, and activities and gather input from technicians, employers, educators, and the pharmacy community. We encourage CPhTs to become active in pharmacy and pharmacy technician associations to help amplify the voice of technicians.
